AA plan to have small venues at train stations where you could collect your meal kit on the way home was put to rest when the pandemic hit.

Prepped had to pivot quickly when the UK went into lockdown as there would be no passing traffic at Cambridge and Saffron Waldon train stations.

So they found an industrial unit and Cambridge and set up a large scale kitchen there.

With Emma, their head chef, having worked for Gordon Ramsay and Angela Hartnett, the quality of the food would never be in question. The problem was, letting people know they existed and getting them to buy.
